Trimble Builds A Connected Workflow Powerhouse As AI Adoption Gains Traction; What Lies Ahead?
Trimble Inc. reported financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, demonstrating continued growth across its key business segments but also highlighting certain challenges and market uncertainties. The company posted revenue of $940 million, representing a 12% year-over-year organic increase, and an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $2.435 billion, up 13%. Adjusted earnings per share (EPS) reached $0.79, exceeding the high end of the company’s guidance. Reflecting confidence in the results, Trimble raised its full-year revenue guidance to approximately $3.875 billion, an 8% increase, and increased EPS guidance to $3.55. The company also anticipates 13% ARR growth and EBITDA margins near 29.7%. Trimble’s growth was broad-based but particularly notable in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) segment, which delivered 14% ARR and revenue growth with an operating margin improvement of 420 basis points to 31.5%.
