  1. Subscription Plans & Billing
  • We offer Free, Premium (Monthly/Annual), and Pro (Annual) plans, as described on our Subscribe page.
  • All fees are in U.S. dollars. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate unless cancelled in your account settings prior to renewal.
  • Auto-Renewal: By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for each renewal period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time via your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
  1. Content & License
  • All text, graphics, logos, reports, and other content (“Content”) on the Site are owned or licensed by Baptista Research.
  • You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download Content for your internal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any Content without our prior written consent.
  1. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to commit unlawful acts.
  2. Post or transmit any harmful code (viruses, worms, etc.).
  3. Harvest or collect personal data about other users.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately, but Sections 4 (as to outstanding fees), 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive.
  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, India.

  1. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver.
