Description
Rollins Acquisition Strategy Just Got Stronger With Romex Deal!
Rollins has entered another notable chapter in its acquisition-driven expansion with the April 2, 2026 announcement that it has acquired Romex Pest Control, a Utah-based pest management company with more than 200 employees and operations across four states. The move arrives shortly after Rollins discussed a robust M&A pipeline, a successful integration of Saela, and continued confidence in its ability to add 2% to 3% revenue growth from acquisitions alongside 7% to 8% organic growth. Romex brings a mix of residential and commercial exposure, door-to-door customer acquisition capabilities, data-driven decision-making, and an eco-friendly operating reputation that appears compatible with Rollins’ broader operating model. Management has also signaled that Romex will retain its brand identity, which is consistent with how Rollins has historically approached selected acquisitions.
