Digital measurement player, comScore met the price target from our previous report and delivered an all-around beat surpassing Wall Street expectation. While the company continues to have a negative bottom-line, its recent recapitalization has eliminated the gearing component and provided the management with the flexibility to invest in improving the quality of its measurement offerings for media businesses particularly the new direct-to-consumer platforms. The company has suffered a loss of customers in the non-American markets but the demand for its offerings from large enterprises as well as mid-market players in the U.S. remains robust. It recently managed to onboard ViacomCBS as well. To sum up, we maintain our ‘Hold’ rating on the stock with a revised target price.
