Jfrog: How Its Cloud Strategy Is Quietly Becoming a Revenue Machine!
JFrog’s third-quarter 2025 financial results indicate a promising landscape with robust revenue growth, but also highlight some challenges and uncertainties. The company reported total revenue of $136.9 million, representing a 26% increase compared to the same period last year. This growth is supported by a significant rise in cloud revenue, which climbed 50% year-over-year to $63.4 million. This surge in cloud revenue is primarily driven by increased usage of various software packages and an uptick in the use of AI and machine learning models. From a strategic perspective, JFrog’s emphasis on guiding cloud customers towards higher annual commitments to create more predictable long-term value is delivering positive results. The company has seen its number of customers spending over $1 million annually grow from 46 to 71 year-over-year, a notable 54% increase.
