Pegasystems reported a strong operational and financial performance for full year 2025, reflecting the completion of its multiyear transition to a subscription- and cloud-centric business model. Total annual contract value expanded at a mid-teens rate on a constant currency basis, exceeding prior expectations, with growth driven primarily by accelerated adoption of Pega Cloud. Cloud annual contract value grew substantially faster than total company averages and showed sequential acceleration throughout the year, indicating improving sales execution and customer acceptance of the cloud-first strategy. Net new annual contract value also increased materially, supported by both customer expansion and increased traction with new logos. A central contributor to the results was the deployment of Blueprint, the company’s AI-driven design and sales engagement capability. Blueprint altered the go-to-market motion by enabling earlier customer engagement, faster pipeline formation, and improved progression through sales stages.
