Monday.com’s Enterprise Engine Surges — $500K+ ARR Customers Grow 68%!
Monday.com reported second-quarter fiscal 2026 results while undergoing a major transition toward integrating artificial intelligence across its unified workspace platform. Revenue increased 22% year-over-year to $365 million, while non-GAAP operating margin expanded to 17%, demonstrating operating leverage despite the transformation. The company is shifting from traditional work management software toward a model where AI agents work alongside users to automate and improve workflows. This transition led to an approximately 20% global workforce reduction intended to create smaller, more agile teams with greater decision-making autonomy and a go-to-market strategy emphasizing deeper customer partnerships, particularly around AI deployment. Large enterprise customers remain an important growth driver. Customers generating more than $100,000 in annual recurring revenue increased 37%, while those above $500,000 grew 68%, reflecting progress in upmarket selling and vendor consolidation. AI-related ARR doubled sequentially and represented 17% of net new ARR during Q2.
