Bright Horizons Family Solutions reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $779 million, up 7% year-over-year, driven by growth in both its back-up care and full service segments. Adjusted earnings per share increased 20% to $1.28, surpassing expectations and reflecting improved operating efficiency and margin expansion across both core business areas. The company narrowed its full-year revenue guidance to a range of $3.085 billion to $3.115 billion and raised its adjusted EPS outlook to $5.05 to $5.15. Back-up care, the company’s largest earnings contributor, showed robust 19% revenue growth to $194 million, accelerating from 12% growth in the prior quarter. This segment benefitted from increased unique users, higher frequency of use, and enhancements in its care network and technology platform—including a real-time instant booking feature—enabling a seamless, on-demand experience.
