The Ensign Group, Inc. reported financial and operational results for the second quarter of 2026 that reflected continued growth and strong clinical performance across its portfolio. The company focuses on post-acute care through a unique integrated clinical model called ONE CLINICAL, which emphasizes collaboration between nursing and therapy disciplines, aiming to improve outcomes such as rehospitalization rates, emergency department visits, and CMS quality ratings. Financially, Ensign achieved GAAP diluted earnings per share of $1.68, a 16.7% increase year-over-year, while adjusted earnings per share rose 20.8% to $1.92. Consolidated revenue totaled $1.4 billion, an increase of 17.3%, supported by a 18.2% rise in GAAP net income to $99.7 million and adjusted net income growth of 22.5% to $114.3 million. Cash flows from operations stood at $272.1 million with cash and equivalents at $262.3 million.
