UiPath: Can Agentic AI And Process Orchestration Transform Enterprise Automation Adoption?

UiPath reported fourth-quarter and full-year fiscal 2026 results that showed stronger growth, improved profitability, and continued progress in AI-driven automation. Fourth-quarter ARR reached $1.853 billion, up 11% year over year, while revenue rose 14% to $481 million. Full-year revenue increased 13% to $1.611 billion. Excluding FX effects, revenue growth was about 10% in Q4 and 11% for the year. UiPath also achieved full-year GAAP profitability for the first time, with Q4 GAAP net income of $104 million and full-year GAAP net income of $282 million. Non-GAAP operating income was $150 million in Q4, or a 31% margin, while the full-year non-GAAP margin reached 23%, up more than 600 basis points. Adjusted free cash flow was $182 million in Q4 and $372 million for the year, and the company ended with $1.7 billion in cash and marketable securities and no debt.
