Robert Half’s $1.41 Billion Revenue Outlook — Can Staffing Growth Offset Protiviti Weakness?
Robert Half International reported second-quarter 2026 revenues of $1.336 billion, representing a 2% decline year-over-year on a reported basis and 3% decline on an adjusted basis. The Talent Solutions segment displayed modest sequential gains with three consecutive quarters of revenue growth on an adjusted basis. Notably, permanent placement revenues within Talent Solutions advanced 2.5% year-over-year, supported by a 4% increase in June and early July. Contract Talent Solutions, however, experienced a 2% revenue decline in the quarter. U.S. Talent Solutions revenues declined 1%, while non-U.S. Talent Solutions fell 4%. Gross margin for Talent Solutions remained relatively stable at 47.4%, up slightly from 47.1% a year prior, while contract segment margins held at 39.1%.
