Owens Corning Strengthens Market Leadership In Roofing—A Resilient Business Driving Earnings Stability!

Owens Corning reported third quarter revenue of approximately $2.7 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $638 million, translating into an adjusted EBITDA margin of 24 percent despite weaker market conditions across several residential construction related segments. The company also generated strong free cash flow during the quarter, aided by disciplined working capital management and lower cash taxes, while returning capital to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases. Through the first three quarters of the year, more than $700 million has been returned as part of a broader commitment to return $2 billion across 2025 and 2026. The Roofing segment remained the strongest contributor to profitability. Sales increased slightly year over year to about $1.2 billion as price realization offset relatively flat volumes.
