Lantheus Holdings reported its first quarter 2026 financial results with modest revenue growth and several regulatory advancements, reflecting a strategic emphasis on radio diagnostics and regulatory milestones. Oncology revenues, primarily from PYLARIFY, declined 6.5% year-over-year to $240.9 million, attributed to ongoing competitive dynamics and pricing pressure. Neurology revenue from NEURACEQ rose to $35.4 million, marking a 14.3% increase over Q4 2025, driven by volume growth in existing accounts and broader adoption tied to Alzheimer’s disease-modifying therapies. Cardiology revenues from DEFINITY increased 6.8% to $84.6 million, maintaining strong market share (over 80%) in ultrasound-enhancing agents. Strategic partnerships and other revenue grew 52.1% to $16.3 million, reflecting strength in the Pharma Solutions portfolio and contributions from the Evergreen contract manufacturing business.
