Aon plc reported its second quarter and first half of 2026 results reflecting steady execution and delivering financial outcomes aligned with its strategic objectives. The company’s integrated approach, branded as Aon United, leverages a combined focus on risk capital, human capital, and operational support through Aon Business Services. This organizational design supports client demand amid an evolving risk landscape marked by geopolitical uncertainty, increasing cyber threats, climate-related challenges, and workforce transformations. In the second quarter, Aon delivered 5% organic revenue growth, consistent across all four solution lines: Commercial Risk, Reinsurance, Health Solutions, and Wealth. Total revenue rose 2% year-over-year to $4.2 billion. Adjusted operating margin expanded by 70 basis points to 28.9%, supported by operating leverage from the scalable Aon Business Services platform and ongoing restructuring savings. Adjusted earnings per share increased 9% to $3.
