Commvault Systems, Inc. reported a fiscal year 2026 marked by solid subscription and SaaS growth, improved profitability, and record free cash flow. Subscription Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) increased 27% year-over-year, reaching $989 million, driven notably by SaaS ARR growth of 42% to $400 million.
