Enbridge Inc. Unlocks A $50 Billion Opportunity Across LNG, Power & Pipelines!
Enbridge Inc. reported a solid second quarter in 2026, delivering strong financial performance across its four core business segments: Liquids Pipelines, Gas Transmission, Gas Distribution & Storage, and Renewable Power. Utilization rates remained high, with Mainline volumes averaging 3.1 million barrels per day. Noteworthy operational milestones during the quarter included commissioning of the Blackcomb pipeline and the Houston Oil Terminal, as well as sanctioning the $1 billion Wisconsin Line 5 Relocation project. The Liquids segment benefited from higher spot volumes on the Seaway Pipeline and enhancements on the Mainline and Line 9, though partially offset by lower tolls on Line 9. Gas Transmission displayed growth backed by favorable rate cases and new projects like the Bay Runner Twin in the Permian Basin and options to acquire the TTC Connector Pipeline, which is fully underpinned by take-or-pay contracts with BP.
