Genpact’s Pivotal AI Shift — Non-FTE Revenue Crosses 50% For The First Time!

Genpact Limited reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.343 billion, up 7.1% year-over-year. Advanced Technology Solutions revenue increased 24.1% to $363 million and represented 27% of total revenue. The segment includes data and AI, digital technologies, advisory, and agentic solutions and is central to Genpact’s transition from traditional business operations toward “Agentic Operations,” an AI- and process intelligence–driven model designed for autonomous workflow execution with human oversight. Adjusted diluted EPS rose 13.6% to $1.00. Non-full-time equivalent revenue exceeded 50% of total revenue for the first time, reflecting greater use of fixed-fee, consumption, and outcome-based commercial models.
