Genpact Limited reported its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, reflecting a continuation of its strategic shift toward advanced technology and agentic operations alongside its core business services. Total revenue increased 6.7% year-over-year to $1.296 billion, driven by a 24% growth in Advanced Technology Solutions, which now accounts for 27% of total revenue. This division includes offerings in data and AI, digital technologies, advisory, and agentic automation, with particular emphasis on agentic operations—autonomous systems integrated with human oversight. The company emphasized that Advanced Technology Solutions deliver more than twice the revenue per headcount compared to the overall business and maintain a high proportion of annuitized revenue (approximately 70%) from non-full-time employee, outcome-based commercial models. This model is expanding rapidly, with agentic solutions nearly doubling total contract value from the entirety of 2025 in a single quarter.
