American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) reported its financial results for the full year and fourth quarter of 2025, highlighting continued growth and strategic progress amidst ongoing industry challenges. The company saw total transaction value increase by 17% in 2025 and revenue growth accelerate to 12%, while adjusted gross profit margin stood at 60%. Adjusted EBITDA grew by 11%, supported by strong top-line performance, operational efficiencies, and cost synergies. Free cash flow for the year was $104 million, translating to approximately 40% free cash flow conversion on an adjusted EBITDA basis when normalized for acquisition and restructuring costs. In the fourth quarter, the consolidation of CWT, acquired in September 2025, was a key driver of revenue, which grew 34% year-over-year to $792 million. Travel revenue grew 36%, and product and professional services revenue increased by 27%. Excluding CWT, revenue growth was a more moderate 8%.
