Globus Medical’s Nevro Integration Test: Can Synergies Offset The Margin Drag?
Globus Medical reported strong financial and operational results for the first quarter of 2026, driven by continued growth across its core musculoskeletal businesses and strategic integration of recent acquisitions. The company’s revenue for the quarter reached $759.9 million, marking a 27% increase year-over-year, or 25.5% on a constant currency basis. The base business revenue stood at $677.2 million, up 13.2% compared to the prior year’s quarter, primarily fueled by a resilient U.S. Spine segment which grew 10% for the third consecutive quarter. International Spine also posted significant growth of 16.4% as reported. The Trauma business experienced a notable 30.4% revenue increase, supported by strong demand for its ANTHEM Elbow plating system and the Precice Limb Lengthening portfolio.
