Mister Car Wash’s $87 Million EBITDA Quarter: Is The Membership Flywheel Working?
Mister Car Wash reported solid third quarter 2025 results marked by revenue growth, improved profitability, and sustained membership expansion, while navigating challenges in retail volume and competitive pressures. Total revenue increased 6% year-over-year to $263 million, driven by a 3.1% comparable store sales gain—the company’s tenth consecutive quarter of positive comps—and a 10% rise in adjusted EBITDA to $87 million. This translates to an adjusted EBITDA margin of 32.9%, the highest Q3 margin the company has recorded, aided by disciplined cost management and operational leverage. A core strength highlighted in the quarter was the continued growth in Unlimited Wash Club (UWC) membership, which rose 6% year-over-year to approximately 2.2 million members. The Titanium 360 tier within the membership base, representing 25%, contributed meaningfully to revenue per member growth, which increased around 4% to about $29.56.
