OpenText’s Cloud Engine Hits 82% Of Revenue — Can AI Push The Next Leg?
OpenText Corporation reported its third quarter fiscal 2026 results, demonstrating ongoing momentum in its cloud and AI-driven business segments, supported by a leadership transition with Ayman Antoun as the new CEO. Total revenues reached approximately $1.28 billion, with cloud revenues growing 6.6% year-over-year, driven primarily by the company’s content management offerings, which continue to represent the largest and fastest-growing segment, contributing 44% of total revenues with 6% growth overall and 22% growth specifically within the cloud. The company highlighted a 21st consecutive quarter of organic cloud growth and noted that cloud now accounts for 82% of total revenue, with annual recurring revenue (ARR) up 2.7% year-over-year to $1.06 billion. New enterprise cloud bookings totaled $651 million year-to-date, marking the highest in company history, with a noted 28% increase in $1 million-plus cloud deals. OpenText’s customer support revenue was largely stable, while professional services declined by 9.3% year-to-date.
