Procore Technologies, Inc. reported solid financial and operational results for its second quarter of fiscal 2026, marked by a 15.8% year-over-year revenue increase to $375 million and a significant expansion in non-GAAP operating margin to 21.5%, an 800 basis point improvement compared to the prior year. This quarter also represented the company’s first GAAP operating profitability quarter, supported by strong free cash flow growth of 507% year-over-year to $65 million. International revenue grew 23% year-over-year, led by large agreements such as a nearly $7 million contract with a major European hyperscale AI data center operator and participation in one of the world’s largest infrastructure projects, the King Salman International Airport in Saudi Arabia. Procore continues to benefit from its leadership in the construction vertical software market, particularly through deployments in sophisticated segments like data center construction, which is experiencing rapid growth due to increasing investments in AI infrastructure.
