Symbotic Inc. reported its third quarter fiscal year 2026 results with a continuation of its revenue growth and improved profitability metrics. Revenue reached $721 million, marking a 22% increase year-over-year and 7% sequential growth, positioning the company near the high end of its guidance range. Expansion in system deployments and recurring operational system services underpinned this growth, with 11 new deployments started during the quarter, bringing the total to 77 systems deployed and 56 operational. Software and operations services revenues experienced notable increases, up 57% and 49% year-over-year respectively, reflecting deeper penetration into recurring revenue segments. Gross margins expanded both sequentially and annually due to disciplined project execution, cost control, and beneficial revenue mix shifts. Operating expenses on a GAAP basis were $128 million, with combined adjusted R&D and SG&A expenses totaling $85 million and SG&A declining sequentially.
