Synaptics Incorporated reported its third quarter fiscal 2026 results with a continuation of its growth trend, marking the sixth consecutive quarter of double-digit year-over-year revenue increases. The quarter’s revenue reached $294.2 million, representing a 10% year-over-year growth primarily driven by a 31% increase in Core IoT products. Enterprise & Automotive revenues grew by 9%, while Mobile Touch products decreased by 16% year-over-year. The non-GAAP gross margin stood at 53.6%, slightly above the midpoint of guidance, and non-GAAP earnings per share were $1.09, at the higher end of expectations, up 21% from the previous year. Synaptics highlighted expanding adoption in Physical AI and Edge AI markets, citing over 35 global customer engagements in robotics, including notable designs with leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and a generative AI company. Their tactile sensing technology, combining capacitive sensing with AI-enabled touch controllers and processors, is aimed at enhancing robotic dexterity and real-time response.
