TransUnion’s 10-Quarter Growth Streak — A Pivotal Moment for Its Credit Data Business!
TransUnion reported second quarter 2026 results that exceeded guidance across revenue, adjusted EBITDA, and adjusted diluted earnings per share, supported by broad-based growth in the U.S., emerging verticals, and international markets. Organic constant currency revenue rose 10%, surpassing the 8% to 9% guidance range, marking a tenth consecutive quarter of high single-digit or better growth. Excluding FICO mortgage royalties, organic growth was 7%. The U.S. market led growth with an 11% revenue increase; within it, Financial Services rose 18% (10% excluding FICO contributions), driven by higher sales momentum, pricing actions, and volume growth across lending types. Emerging verticals expanded 9%, fueled by insurance’s continued double-digit acceleration and solid gains in technology, retail, and e-commerce. International revenues improved to 6% organically, with Canada, India, and the U.K. delivering high single-digit increases. The Mexico bureau acquisition outperformed expectations both in revenue and adjusted EBITDA, contributing positively to overall international momentum.
