Victoria’s Secret & Co. Is Winning Over Gen-Z—But Can This Youth Surge Turn Into A Long-Term Growth Engine?
Victoria’s Secret & Company reported its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results, reflecting notable achievements in its transformation strategy. During this period, the company saw an 8% rise in comparable sales in the fourth quarter, culminating in a 5% annual growth for 2025. This marked the first instance of annual growth since becoming an independent public company, highlighting a successful year of execution. The company’s transformation strategy, titled “path to potential,” is built on four pillars: enhancing the Bra Authority, rejuvenating the PINK brand, spurring growth in Beauty, and evolving brand projection and go-to-market strategies. This plan has so far delivered positive outcomes. Victoria’s Secret re-established growth in its bra category for the first time in four years, significantly drove the PINK brand to its best performance in a decade, and expanded its nearly $1 billion Beauty business. Additionally, the brand’s customer base grew, and its Valentine’s Day and holiday executions saw improved performances over the previous year.
