Zoom Video Communications’ second quarter of fiscal year 2027 showed continued progress with total revenue increasing 4.9% year over year to $1.28 billion, slightly exceeding guidance. Enterprise revenue grew by 7.8%, marking the strongest rate of growth in three years, and now represents 62% of total revenue. The Online segment’s average monthly churn remained steady at 2.9%, while growth in international markets was modest, with Americas up 6%, EMEA 2%, and APAC 4%. The company emphasized its strategic focus on positioning itself as an AI-first “system of action,” embedding artificial intelligence across its platform to enhance workplace productivity and customer experience. Growth in AI features usage was significant, with licensed monthly active users of AI features in Zoom Workplace up 125% year over year. Key wins in Enterprise included expansion deals in large organizations, such as a U.S. tech company renewing and increasing ARR by $1.9 million, and deployments of Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center to unify communication systems and integrate with other platforms like Microsoft Teams.
