Take-Two Interactive Software concluded fiscal year 2026 with strong financial results, surpassing previous guidance. The company reported fourth quarter net bookings of $1.58 billion, exceeding the high end of its guidance range, and full-year net bookings of $6.7 billion, approximately $750 million above initial expectations from the prior May. Recurrent consumer spending grew 17% year-over-year, accounting for 78% of net bookings, driven by strong performances across key franchises including NBA 2K, mobile titles, and the Grand Theft Auto series. NBA 2K experienced over 30% growth, mobile increased by 13%, and Grand Theft Auto Online grew by 6%. Operating cash flow totaled $624 million, exceeding forecasts, while GAAP net revenue rose 18% to $6.65 billion. Take-Two highlighted robust momentum in its mobile games portfolio, with titles such as Toon Blast, Match Factory!, Empires & Puzzles, and Color Block Jam showing meaningful year-over-year growth.
