The Parsons Corporation reported its second quarter 2026 results highlighting resilient demand across its Federal Solutions and Critical Infrastructure segments amid a dynamic global environment. Revenue increased 8% year-over-year to $1.6 billion, with organic revenue growth of 3% excluding a confidential contract. Federal Solutions grew 11% while Critical Infrastructure revenue rose 5%, supported by strong Middle East segment performance reflecting 10% organic growth. The company maintained robust book-to-bill ratios, with an overall 1.2x ratio, reinforcing sustained demand and a strong backlog of $9.3 billion, of which 71% is funded. Adjusted EBITDA margin expanded 70 basis points to 10.1%, driven mainly by improved margins in Critical Infrastructure, which reached 11.9%.
