Manhattan Associates Turns Record Bookings Into A $2.47 Billion Revenue Pipeline; Time For An Upgrade?
Manhattan Associates reported its second quarter of fiscal 2026 results exhibiting strong performance despite a volatile global macroeconomic environment. The company achieved record quarterly and first-half metrics, including a notable 26% year-over-year increase in cloud revenue and a 23% rise in remaining performance obligations (RPO) to $2.47 billion. This marks their third consecutive quarter of record bookings, propelled by investments made in sales, marketing, and innovation over the previous year. The transition from on-premises solutions to the cloud showed tangible acceleration, with over 40% of new cloud bookings stemming from conversions, and net new logos comprising more than 25% of new cloud bookings in the quarter. Customer renewals remained in line with annual plans, and the company’s win rate exceeded 70%.
