AppFolio’s $1.127 Billion Revenue Outlook: Can AI Agents Sustain Its Growth?

AppFolio, Inc. reported third-quarter 2026 results marked by 19% year-over-year revenue growth to $296 million and a GAAP operating income margin of 19.4%, up from 14.1% a year prior. Non-GAAP operating income reached 27.3% of revenue, reflecting improvements driven by scale, cost efficiencies, and AI-enabled productivity across engineering and operations.
