BrightSpring Health Services, Inc. reported first quarter 2026 results showing continued revenue growth and margin expansion across its two main segments—Pharmacy Solutions and Provider Services—driven by operational efficiencies and commercial execution. Total revenue reached $3.6 billion, a 26% increase year-over-year.
