ExlService’s 2% Digital Operations Decline Is The Stress Test Behind 13.8% Growth!
ExlService Holdings, Inc. reported first quarter 2026 revenue of $570.4 million, marking a 13.8% year-over-year increase on a reported basis and 13.4% on a constant currency basis. Adjusted earnings per share (EPS) rose 20.2% to $0.58, reflecting both top-line growth and margin improvement. The company’s business segments—Insurance, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Banking, Capital Markets and Diversified Industries, and International Growth Markets—all delivered positive growth, with Healthcare and Life Sciences posting the strongest segment growth at 21%. Insurance returned to double-digit growth, representing over one-third of revenues, while International Growth Markets recorded 10.9% year-over-year growth despite geopolitical uncertainties. A significant driver of growth continues to be ExlService’s data and AI-led portfolio, which expanded 28% year-over-year and now constitutes 60% of total revenues.
