InterDigital Corporation reported strong financial results for the second quarter of 2026, significantly surpassing prior guidance. The company achieved revenue of approximately $260 million, adjusted EBITDA of $184 million, and non-GAAP earnings per share of $4.62. This performance was markedly above the top end of the company’s previous guidance ranges. Annualized recurring revenue increased by 13% year-over-year to a record $626 million, reinforcing progress toward the company’s long-term target of exceeding $1 billion in ARR by 2030. Consequently, InterDigital raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $775 million–$845 million and adjusted EBITDA guidance to $469 million–$529 million, with non-GAAP EPS revised to a range of $10.85–$12.81. The quarter’s results were bolstered by several licensing agreements, most notably a patent license agreement with Amazon covering devices and streaming services, including Amazon Prime Video.
