Reservoir Media reported fiscal year 2026 financial results marked by an 11% increase in revenue to $175.7 million, a 6% organic growth rate, and a 12% rise in adjusted EBITDA to $73.6 million. The company attributed this performance to its ongoing acquisition strategy, strength of its music catalog, and expansion efforts both domestically and internationally. Notably, the company invested approximately $120 million in acquisitions and advances of publishing and recorded music rights throughout the year, including high-profile catalog purchases such as that of Miles Davis, which it actively promoted during the artist’s centennial. Reservoir also signed contemporary artists and extended agreements with established musicians, enhancing the diversity and geographic reach of its catalog. The Music Publishing segment revenue grew 9% led by digital revenue increases and synchronization licenses, while Recorded Music revenues rose 16%, supported by streaming subscriber growth, price increases, and catalog acquisitions.
