Sanmina Corporation’s $3.46 Billion Quarter: ZT Systems Transforms The Growth Story!
Sanmina Corporation reported its third quarter of fiscal 2026 with revenue of $3.46 billion, reflecting strong growth driven by both its core business and the recently acquired ZT Systems segment. The core business grew 17% year-over-year to $2.4 billion, showing broad-based strength across all end markets, especially in cloud and AI infrastructure, while ZT Systems contributed $1.1 billion, performing in line with expectations. The company achieved a non-GAAP operating margin of 8%, up 230 basis points from the prior year, and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share increased 116% to $3.31. Gross margin expansion to 10.7% of revenue was supported by favorable product mix and contributions from nonrecurring engineering (NRE) services, indicative of active preproduction efforts for new product launches, particularly in next-generation accelerated compute programs.
