SoundHound AI’s Eight-Figure AI Win — OASYS Is Turning Demos Into Deals!
SoundHound AI reported a strong second quarter for 2026, achieving record revenue of $61.9 million, a 45% year-over-year increase and 40% sequential growth, marking its largest quarter since going public. This growth was driven largely by the company’s OASYS platform, a self-learning agentic AI system launched in May 2026. OASYS has been cited as a key competitive advantage, enabling faster transitions from demos to contracts, shorter pilot periods, and significant deal wins, including an eight-figure contract secured within 90 days of initial demo. SoundHound is capitalizing on the expanding enterprise market for conversational and agentic AI, with Gartner forecasting a nearly $1 trillion market by 2030. Financially, SoundHound improved profitability metrics with gross margin rising to 45% GAAP and 58% non-GAAP, alongside a 33% reduction in adjusted EBITDA losses year-over-year to $9.6 million. Despite growth investments, the company maintained disciplined spending, focusing on modernization of infrastructure and integration of acquisitions.
