TEN Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:XHLD) provides virtual, hybrid, webinar, and physical-event services through platforms including Xyvid Pro and TEN Pro. Yet the most important near-term question may have little to do with event technology. It concerns stock supply. The TEN Holdings Lock-Up has therefore become one of the most important near-term events for investors to monitor.

On September 29, 2026, lock-up restrictions covering approximately 1,639,635 shares and share-equivalents are scheduled to expire following TEN Holdings' June equity offering. That does not mean these securities will immediately be sold. It simply removes contractual restrictions that have prevented certain directors, officers, and stockholders from selling.

The timing is noteworthy. TEN Holdings closed at $0.80 on August 5 and $9.30 on August 28, a more than tenfold increase in barely three weeks. That rally has dramatically increased the dollar value of legacy holdings just before restrictions potentially disappear.

The headline 1.64 million figure also requires nuance. SEC ownership data indicates that approximately 1,565,942 are actual common shares, primarily associated with V-Cube, Inc. and Naoaki Mashita, while another 73,693 shares relate to vested options held by former Chief Executive Officer Randolph Wilson Jones III.

The issued-share portion alone represents roughly 13.1% of TEN Holdings' current outstanding shares. For an extremely volatile micro-cap whose capital structure has already changed substantially this year, September 29 could therefore become an important test of whether recent demand can absorb potentially greater supply.
