Jacobs Solutions Unveils Bold Fiscal ’25 Outlook: Profit Growth That’s Hard to Ignore!
Jacobs Solutions recently concluded its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2024 with a focus on a strategic shift towards a more streamlined operation centered on higher value and higher-margin portfolios. The company completed the separation transaction of its Critical Mission Solutions (CMS) and Cyber & Intelligence businesses. This resulted in a cash inflow of $911 million, which was used to repay existing debt, alongside acquiring a 7.5% equity stake in Amentum, which could increase to 8%.
