ExlService Holdings Inc. reported strong financial and operational results for the second quarter of 2025, reflecting broad-based growth across its core business segments. Total revenue reached $514.5 million, up 14.7% year-over-year and 2.2% sequentially on a constant currency basis. Adjusted earnings per share increased by 20.3% year-over-year to $0.49. Segment-wise, insurance contributed $172.2 million, growing 8.6% year-over-year; health care and life sciences saw the highest growth at 22%, reaching $129.5 million; and the banking, capital markets, and diversified industries segment posted 15.8% growth with $121.1 million in revenue. International growth markets also showed momentum, contributing $91.7 million with a 15% year-over-year increase. The company’s focus on data and AI continues to define its growth trajectory, with 54% of total revenue now generated from data and AI-led services, which grew 17% year-over-year. Management reiterated the company’s positioning as a provider of high-value, domain-specific, AI-enabled solutions and highlighted multiple examples of proprietary generative AI platforms such as EXLerate.AI, which drove client adoption in areas like underwriting, finance operations, and health care analytics.
